3. AI & Automated Processing

   Digital Sanctum utilises proprietary automation workflows (S.S.O.A Protocol). While we use AI to assist in data analysis, we do not trade, sell, or expose your raw PII to public model training sets. All client data processed via our AI agents is anonymised or handled under strict enterprise confidentiality agreements with our providers (OpenAI, Anthropic).

   Digital Sanctum is the parent entity of Naked Tech (Residential IT). If your inquiry is deemed residential in nature, your contact details may be securely transferred to the Naked Tech support team to ensure you receive the appropriate level of service.
