Digital Sanctum ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Information We Collect

   We collect information you provide directly through our general contact and audit enquiry forms, including:

   • Name
   • Email address
   • Phone Number
   • Business details, optional audit qualification choices, and the message you provide
2. How We Use Your Information

   We use this data strictly for B2B engagement:

   • To respond to your enquiry and discuss the business services you request.
   • To assess an audit enquiry when you choose that option.
   • To communicate strategic insights relevant to your infrastructure.
   • To issue invoices or service agreements.
3. Enquiry records and retention

   We store enquiry details in Sanctum Core for authorised staff to respond and manage the enquiry. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We review enquiries that have not led to an engagement after 12 months and remove information we no longer need, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Records connected with a client engagement are handled separately from these unconverted enquiries.

   You can contact us about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information.

4. Website measurement

   We use first-party daily totals for selected page loads, navigation links and enquiry-form use to help improve this website. These totals contain fixed page paths, event types, link placements and form types. They do not contain form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, user agents, full URLs, query strings or referrers.

   This measurement uses no cookies, browser storage or visitor identifiers, and does not join activity across visits or count unique people. We keep daily totals for 13 months. Accepted-enquiry counts come from saved business records, not from a browser confirmation page.

   We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement. Our servers still process connection information to serve requests and protect the service; operational logs are separate from these daily totals.

5. AI & Automated Processing

   Digital Sanctum utilises proprietary automation workflows (S.S.O.A Protocol). While we use AI to assist in data analysis, we do not trade, sell, or expose your raw PII to public model training sets. All client data processed via our AI agents is anonymised or handled under strict enterprise confidentiality agreements with our providers (OpenAI, Anthropic).

6. Our Subsidiary (Naked Tech)

   Digital Sanctum is the parent entity of Naked Tech (Residential IT). If your inquiry is deemed residential in nature, your contact details may be securely transferred to the Naked Tech support team to ensure you receive the appropriate level of service.
