What to prepare
- Your genuine name, contactable email, and relationship to the business.
- The business name — start typing and matching Ivanhoe businesses appear, autofilling category, location and website. Or enter a new business manually.
- For third-party nominations: a specific moment when the business showed genuine care, how it contributes to Ivanhoe, and what made the experience memorable.
- For self-nominations: why your business deserves to win, and what makes it uniquely Ivanhoe.
- An optional public link that supports the story.
Working nomination policy
- Self-nominations are allowed when disclosed and receive no advantage or penalty.
- A person may nominate more than one business, but should submit no more than one nomination for the same business.
- Nomination volume does not affect judging.
- Marketing consent is optional, separate, and unticked.
- Raw stories and nominator details are private. A business appears publicly only after moderation and appropriate confirmation.
Review the working campaign policy. The final binding terms will be published before submissions are accepted.
